I’m Kacper.

I’ve been building websites and running ad campaigns in the most competitive markets in the world. US healthcare. UK construction. SaaS. E-commerce. Industries where a bad campaign costs real money and a good one changes everything.

I’ve sold millions worth of contracts and products by creating digital campaigns that crush industry benchmarks. I’ve turned businesses making barely anything online into companies where digital became their number one source of revenue.

I’ve seen how bad this industry can be.

I’ve worked in and with agencies that deliver broken half-finished websites to businesses that can’t fix them. I’ve seen ad campaigns running with deceptive conversion tracking that makes results look dozens of times better than they actually are.

Nearly every client I’ve onboarded has shared at least one horror story about a previous agency. That’s the standard I’m working against.

Long term relationships. Not quick wins.

I’m not trying to get some of your money now. I want buckets and buckets of your money over the next 5, 10, 20 years. That’s far harder to earn. It means being honest, being transparent and consistently delivering results that justify your spend.

Where a bigger agency gives template responses or shallow explainers, I spend hours walking through everything. I present nuanced answers, even if they make me look bad. I’m not perfect and I make mistakes too. The difference is I own them.

Do it right.

We take our time. There’s no point half-assing something you know will get sent back just to tick a checkbox.

Be honest.

We own it when we mess up. We also make it clear when something genuinely isn’t our fault. Our reports tell the full story.

Keep it simple.

We don’t over-engineer. We don’t plan and ponder for ages. We don’t lay out an overly complicated approach where it’s not necessary.

Be human.

We’re people, not robots. You’d be forgiven for thinking business services are staffed by drones given all the template emails and corporate speak. We keep it real.

Be chill.

We aren’t lawyers. Need something reasonable done that wasn’t in the original scope? We could bill extra, or just do it. We usually just do it.
